Shipping & Returns
To place an order:
When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. To finish, click on "checkout".

After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.

Shipping Information:
We only ship to United States and Canada.
Orders will ship out within 3 days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Your order will be shipped Priority Mail from the US Post Office unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days.
Shipping status:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped, and your credit card will be charged.
Packaging:
All jewelry pieces come individually packaged in a beautiful pink suede presentation case.
Return Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt for store credit only. Merchandise must be returned in its original unused condition, and all tags, cards and pouches must be included. All items should be in a secure carton or you can reuse the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. An RA number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Please email us so we can provide you with all information needed and to let us now the reason for the return/exchange. The RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return package or it will be refused.

If you receive a flawed product contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you and instruct you on how to best return the flawed product. Please note, we do not warranty against normal wear & tear! Treat your jewelry kindly.
